Ms. Ikhlas Faqiri has more than seventeen years of legal experience in many professional specialties in civil, commercial, family, estate, criminal and arbitration cases in Qatar. Ms. Faqiri bachelor’s degree holder in law at Al Nilein University in Khartoum, she obtained her master’s degree in public law, Criminal Law Department at Dongola University - College of Graduate Studies – Sudan. She is currently, researcher in the PhD program. Also, she has a strong professional record and has worked as a lawyer in her own office in Sudan and in major law firms in Qatar, during which she achieved many successes in her work as an accredited lawyer with a success rate over than thousands of cases, that covers many different types of cases, especially family cases, criminal cases, in addition to civil disputes. Ms. Faqiri has strong communication abilities and special capabilities in dealing with complex and sensitive cases effectively - especially criminal, family, commercial and arbitration cases - and is always keen to continue working in the field of law efficiently. She is proficient in negotiation, sound legal analysis of facts, and dealing with clients and customers, professionally and is fluent in English language in addition to Arabic as a mother tongue.
